This was a redesign for timlewis.com. In this new site, pages were consolidated and the designer focused on making the site easier to navigate.
We used WordPress with a child-theme based on bootstrap. Custom fields were used throughout to make the admin more user friendly and to add consistency to the formatting of pages.
Custom PHP loops are used on top level property pages to check child pages for matching criteria. If a match is found, details about the availably property is displayed. This reduces the amount of setup in the admin.
Home page
Top level property page. New Homes section loads details from properties in this section using custom fields and PHP.
Property detail page. Property details are entered in custom fields in the admin and inserted into the template.
Financing page. Features an accordion style overview of financing options.
